What is the warranty?

We cover our products with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt of your order. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your request.

How long does shipping take?

It all depends on the type of product. Since our products are shipped from our international warehouses, delivery times vary depending on your location:Canada, United States, Europe and New Zealand: 7 to 15 working days. (Guaranteed maximum time: 30 days).

Can I return my order?

You are eligible for a refund or free return in the following cases: Damaged products: The item arrived broken or damaged. Incorrect or incomplete products: You have received the wrong item, the wrong color, the wrong size, or a piece is missing. (Note: You do not need to return the incorrect product to us). Lost package: The package was lost during delivery.
